SKILLS & QUALFICATIONS OPERATIONS, PRODUCTION, LOGISTIC AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY -I have twelve years as Chief Building Officer, Constructor or Project Manager; I had built the Architectural, Industrial or Commercial buildings. -I was the Chief of Precast Concrete Structures Plant, of Promaco Inc.(Km. 43.5-Panamericana . I organized the logistic and the supply of all kinds of material and equipment from the precast plants to the different buildings. -Administered building contracts for million to be utilized over a period of ten years; 75% of these funds have already been spent on railways infrastructure projects. -Provided project finance management, including financial analysis, evaluation and control of investment planning and legal compliance. -Negotiated with, hired and managed contractors and suppliers based upon analysis of public and private proposals. -Managed all aspects of concrete structure precasting -- including design, construction, shipping and installation -- for plants belonging to multiple high-profile clients. Public Services Industry -As part of a management team, wrote a modified railways concession contract and drove its entire governmental approval process, adding 20 years to a 4-year project -- as part of this project, was personally responsible for additional projected income of U 100 million (total turnover figure is $1.5 billion) over thirty years time. -Won million after strategizing, writing and processing a legal claim for moneys owed my company by the government of Argentina for a concessions contract. -Coordinated maintenance programs with the National Regulation Transport Commission (CNRT), allowing one of Argentina two most important railway services providers to save ,000 per annum, and developed an agreement with private companies that created a savings of $1,764,000 per annum for my company.
